STEP 1

Open the hood of the vehicle and locate the MAP Sensor.

STEP 2

Disconnect the MAP sensor from the vehicle.

STEP 3

Ensure the MOC# 73449 adapter is securely attached to the service hose. Insert the MOC# 73449 adapter into the open MAP sensor port.
Insert the vehicle’s MAP sensor into the open port attached to the MOC #73448 adapter.

TECH TIP: Failure to connect the MAP sensor to the adapter port may result in a check engine light.

STEP 4

Ensure Emergency Brake is on, and engine drive belts are free of any obstructions. Start engine and bring vehicle up to proper operating temperature. Use the throttle depressor to set the engine speed to approximately 2500 rpm.

TECH TIP: Failure to use the throttle depressor may result in SEVERE engine damage

STEP 5

Open ball valve on the side of the machine.
Following the onscreen instructions, press the “START” button to begin the service. When the buzzer sounds, the service is Complete.
Remove the throttle depressor and slowly raise the engine RPM above 3500 RPM 2 to 3 times to clear any residual product.

STEP 6

Add MOC Fuel Tank additive to fuel tank. Make sure tank has a minimum of 10 gallons of fuel. Less dilution may cause engine to run erratically during cleaning cycle.
Immediately test drive the vehicle for at least 15 minutes to clear any residual product. Check for any service engine lights, and clear any codes that may have been set.

TECH TIP: Technician failure to test drive the vehicle after service may result in engine damage!
