Engine Advantage
Our Engine Advantage Plan® provides drivers multiple options for engine protection between extended oil changes. If an oil service with a participating dealer using a qualifying MOC® product or kit is purchased, and an eligible component in the engine fails due to abnormal lubrication related to wear or corrosion, MOC® will reimburse the cost of repairs for covered parts up to $6,000.
To Qualify
To be eligible for coverage, vehicles must have less than 100,000 miles (160,00 km) or less and a gross vehicle weight of 9,500 lbs. or less. Eligible vehicles must be maintained and serviced at intervals recommended by the vehicle manufacturer in the owner’s manual.
Tier 1: Initial product installation before 50,000 miles (80,000 km)
Tier 2: Initial product installation between 50,001 (80,001 km) & 100,000 miles (160,000 km)
Next Service: Due within 10,000 miles (16,000 km) of previous service and/or initial product installation.
Advantage Service Plans
Oil Change Service
Service Includes: Lube, Oil and Filter Change and MOC® Advanced Engine Treatment (#06571) added to the crankcase.
Max Reimbursement: Tier 1 – $4,000 / Tier 2 – $2,000
Engine Protection Service
Service Includes: Internal Engine Cleaning Service using MOC® Multi-Clean Max (#01241): A lube, oil, and filter change and MOC® Advanced Engine Treatment (#06571) added to the crankcase.
Max Reimbursement: Tier 1 – $6,000 / Tier 2 – $3,000
Engine Performance Service
Service Includes: Internal Engine Cleaning Service using MOC® Multi-Clean Max (#01241) or REVIVE (#04411): A lube, oil, and filter change & MOC® Advanced Engine Treatment (#06571) or DEFEND (#04431) added to the crankcase & MOC® Fuel System Cleaner (#01271) or BOOST (#04421) added to the fuel tank.
Max Reimbursement: Tier 1 – $6,000 / Tier 2 – $3,000
Reminders
Upon registration, customers receive a “Welcome to the Family” email complete with servicing dealer, vehicle information, and purchased service(s).
A service reminder is sent to notify customers their vehicle may be due for the maintenance required to keep the lifetime protection up-to-date.
